Just  have install new drivers from Logitech - LWS 2.40.
At last all freezing are gone. Windows Server 2003 R2 x86 _with PAE_ enabled! Thanks to logi programmers!

I'm glad to hear that everything is working well for you, however, I would like the community to be informed that LWS v2.4 is meant to be used only with the Logitech C920(please see release notes here) and we officially don't support Windows Server 2003.

One thing is annoing - when I'v turn off Right Ligtht - after system restart - first turn on camera - it seems that RigtLite is working, after second camera init - everything is ok - frame rates is normal.
