Using the C910 on a MacBook Pro for video chat (both Skype and Logitec Vid), pictures starts out full with good color and after a few minutes, it switches to widescreen and color is dull and grey.
How can I get it to hold the original size and vivid color. Is my camera defective? Have only had it a month.

I bought a new C910 and it works fine, so I guess the problem was a defective camera.
