I have a C920 webcam connected to a conference room PC running Windows 7 and Adobe Connect. User A logs in and has no problem but when User B logs in and runs Adobe Connect and shares video there is no image and the blue lights don't turn on on the C920. If User A logs in to Windows and uses User B's Adobe Connect account everything works fine so the problem seems to be tied to the Windows user and not any application configuration. Tried reinstalling the C920 software logged in as User B but no help. There is no apparent difference in the two user accounts. User B works fine at her own PC with another C920 attached. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Fixed! The Flash configuration was different for the two users and the problem one had a box checked in the advanced flash options blocking webcam access.
