Hello. I have problem with logitech pro 9000.

Today I got a camera. Downloaded all the drivers, everything is installed. When I try to connect the camera, for example via Skype, I have an image maybe 2 seconds switches off, and disable the sound like from USB. and when I try to turn on is the same thing is repeated. What's the problem. Thanks for the help.
