Two years later and still no fix?

Constantly having to wrestle with this every day I try to use the webcam.

That's right.  My family continues to take the Logitech updates for the small army of 9000s we bought yet the "mouse events" continue - in fact, we had one today. 

"Xxxx, you sound like a mouse again. I'm hanging up and calling back." is often heard on Skype with my family.

At least there IS a reliable workaround for us.

Same for me here. Glad to see I'm not alone. It does it on Mac and Windows (Bootcamp).

I will not buy logitech again for a webcam.

On the plus side, the "mouse" voice makes some people laugh...

Hello guys,

There is a possible fix to this issue on this thread, it seems to work on a Windows 7 computer.

If that doesn't work for you, could you please provide me with this information:

• Your computer specs.
• LWS version you have installed.
• The Logitech webcam you have.
