Video Chat Applications (Non-Logitech)

The Quickcam 9000 is at End Of Life, and I would like to know if you currently have any low badwidth cameras or SD camera still available, or if its all  HD now?

I ask because I work for a large organization that is looking for low band width cameras.

The Quickcam 9000s use 150-200kbs vs the Microsoft Livecam Cinema HD which uses 250-300kbs. For one person that may not be much but times that buy  tens of thousands of people using them at the same time.
