When using various video chat applications on my Mac, my audio cuts out when there isn't a lot of background noise, like music or something like that. It sometimes even misses a bit of what I'm saying if I don't speak really loud. I've been told it's some kind of noise cancellation problem, but I don't know how to fix it. A friend if mine has the same problem, so it's not just my camera. Anybody got any ideas?

Hello Jessica84
Do you have the Webcam Software installed? If you do, uninstall the software then try using the webcam as a plug and play device.
