Hi
i have had problems with this quickcam pro 9000 since the first second. first it makes my whole PC crash when i try to install the CD and disables alot of options on my PC (like control panel > add/remove programs) and after going through hell to make it work, i find out that after around 5 minutes into a videocall or any type of videoconversation the camera keeps getting slower and slower and then freezes. also if the other person has a camera on, their would freeze too...the weird thing is that when i tried to make a videocall to my laptop which uses the same network as i do it doesnt freeze at all...any suggestions on how to fix this one? its making me crazy!
thanks

1) What is the 8xxxxx (or 860-xxxxxx) series number from the camera's identification tag (FAQ #3427), or preferably... the USB\VID ID?
2) Which version of the Logitech supplied QuickCam software application/drivers is installed (FAQ #5105)?
3) What Operating System (OS) and Service Pack (SP) version is installed?
4) Does this issue occur when you are using the camera in the Logitech supplied QuickCam software application (i.e., to create still images and/or videos), or only in your third-party Instant Messenger program?
Thanks.
