Problem with Logitech Quick Cam Pro For Notebooks

I have a problem, In MSN Messnger it displays the Wrong Aspect Ratio, Any Ideas?

Also I thought it would come with for Avatars and stuff but it has come with the same as the cheaper Camera.

Sorry for being a bit Dim, But I could not find the Solution to my problem in the link you posted?

Also how many effects and stuff are ment to be bundled in the Software for Premium Webcams like mine?
