Hello Bluewaave,
The Logitech Device Detector is a small addition to your web browser that scans your operating system for any USB corded, wireless, or Bluetooth - attached Logitech hardware. This addition does not interfere with the webcam functionality, and can be removed once you’re done searching your hardware.
To be able to provide you trouble shooting suggestions. Could you please provide us this information:
- Is your webcam working on a different application like Vid or Skype?
- When you click on the Quick Capture option on the LWS are you able to see yourself?
Best regards.
