I am trying to use the camera in a live streaming site and they are using the flash player..Using the adobe flash player 10..When i select the camera tab in the adobe flash player settings the browser hangs...

Even in the google Video chat, its detecting the camera but its not streaming...In the yahoo messenger my camera working fine

Pl let me know..

Hi,


As you said, i have installed  10.5.1.2029  and i am not able to change any settings in camera and nothing is working


When i try with 11.1.0.2030, Everything is working Except the streaming in Google chat and streaming with the latest Adobe flash player.

Can i try installing 11.8

Thanks for your mail...I am using the quickcam version 11.80.1065.000

I have the latest Adobe flash player and its detecting the camera's microphone and as soon as i click on the camera Tab , my browser just hangs...Tried in different browsers..Same thing is happening everywhere...

What could be the reason..pl let me know

Does this issue occur when the Logitech supplied QuickCam software application itself is not installed?

Hi,

I didnt check it out without the Quickcam software application...Do u want me to uninstall the Qickcam software application and try it in the flash player?  I can see in the programs list  Logitech Quickcam ,Logitech quickcam driver package

I can just uninstall Logitech Quickcam and try it out?
