Dear friend, please help..

Bouth participant have C270 + Skype 5.x. With old no-name camera, we have poor quality, but there were no problem with comunication. Now, we bought C270. Using skype if there is any move in front of camera like head move, or hand move, picture froze, and sound become bad.. Skype give message about slow internet connection..

Is there any way we can config low resolutin in cam software? We try in Logitech driver (Quick Capture) make 320x240, resolution is lower, but problem is here.. Is there any other way to configure lower resolution?

Hello requests23,

Skype seems to have the resolution locked and it can not be changed by the user. Your may want to have your internet provider check the speed. If this only happens while using Skype, you may want to test a different video chat application. You can also test your web camera here http://www.testmycam.com/    If you use wireless internet, you could try hard wiring it as a test.
