Hello

Just bought Logitech c920 and wondering if I need to configure some settings in Skype or the c920 software to get HD video quality in skype? or will Skype turn on HD automatically?

Hi Sindear,

No settings need to be configured, please make sure you have installed the latest version of Skype and that you meet the following system requirements:

• 1 Mbps upload/downlod for 720p
• 2 Mbps upload/download for 1080(Requirements for H.264 and MJPEG format vary)
• 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor
• 2 GB Ram or more
• Hard drive space for recorded videos
• USB 2.0 port (USB 3.0 ready)
