Hi I bough the 9000 fr my PC to chad with my nieces, and to record the occasional youtube video. I noticed that there are no audio quality settings with the 9000. I had a Quick Cam Home 9 or 10 years ago that let me set the audio anywhere up to 16Bit 44.1k, Stereo or Mono. All the audio recorded in the 9000 software sounds like streamed audio even though I'm using an 800.00 microphone.

Is there some way around this? Is there ANY way to record quality audio and video with the 9000?

I'm using the 9000 on my PC, and will use the Vision Pro on my Mac(when it arrives).

I have used the 9000 on my mac, but I can't get a decent frame rate on anything - recording or skype. When using the 9000 on PC I get a good frame rate, but when recording the audio sounds bad even when using a great mic. There are no audio wuality settings as far as I know. Do you know of a way to change audio settings for recording the 9000 on PC?

Wow. You're working today?

How abot suggesting a couple of options for the PC of this 3RD party software? Anything that comes stock on PC? I'm sure someone with your experience on this subject could suggest some 3rd party software that works. Break off a chunk for a brother on Thanksgiving will ya?
