QuickCam Zoom

Hi everyone,

Just got a quickcam zoom but it doens't display in color. It only shows black and white. The black and white option in the configuration is not selected. The support on the Logitech site doesn't help at all, it pulls up scores of articles that don't have my search terms, so it's useless.

Does anyone know a remedy to this problem?

Try re-loading the software. If that doesn't help, exchange the camera for a new one...it could be defective.
