I have an Orbit AF (Think it's a Sphere AF in the UK). I seem to be unable to get a good picture quality from the device. The focus in particular is impossible to get right either in AF or manual mode either with the supplied camera utility or when using apps like Messenger and Skype..
Are there any known issues with this device in this area?
I'm running Vista x64
[Mod note: Added (Vista x64) to title]

1) What is the 8xxxxx (or 860-xxxxxx) series number from the camera tag (FAQ #3427), or preferably...the USB\VID ID?
2) Which version of the Logitech supplied QuickCam software application/drivers is installed (FAQ #5105)?
Thanks.

Thanks for the response.
1) - the number is 860-000083.
2) I don't seem to be able to get details of the driver/software. I followed the links provided but they don't seem to help for Vista. I have looked in device manager and the driver seems to report as being 11.80.1048.0 dated 26/07/08
I tried installing the latest version from the website (11.5 for software and driver) but the install process aborted when it told me that the driver already installed was a later version.

Do you mean P/N: 860-000063?
Yes probably. My PC is in a tight cupboard and I was using a torch to try and see the P/N.
