1. Unfold the shortest flap and get it to remain at 90 degrees to the centre flap.
2. Unfold the longest flap and get it to around a 45 degree angle - just enough so you can comfortably do the next step without the long flap being stuck under the middle flap. Its shape (viewed from the side) should now look something like: '7
3. Tape the card holder to the top of the monitor with the short flap hooking over the front.
4. Take the camera off the old CRT base.
5. Tape the old base designed for a CRT to the middle section of the card holder.
6. Reattach the camera to the CRT base.
7. Bend the long flap so that the CRT base is at a suitable angle and is stable.
