C 250 settings issue

I downloaded and installed everything just fine. Although it told me that I was using generic Windows Drivers and that some parts of the program wouldn't be able to work. Well, I cannot adjust any settings at all, and I can't use any of the filters. Is there any way that I can switch over the drivers to make this work? Any help would be much appreciated.

Re: C 250 settings issue

Welcome to the Logitech Community Webcam Forum Nineteentw3! :smileyhappy:

1) What is the 860-xxxxxx (or 8xxxxx) series number from the camera's identification tag (FAQ #3427), or preferably... the USB\VID ID?

2) What Operating System (OS) and Service Pack (SP) version is installed?

Thanks.

Re: C 250 settings issue

I think I found the problem. Even though I had tried reinstalling, I decided I must've missed something regarding that driver. Well when I tried it, it told me that I didn't have a tsbyuv.dll file. I did a quick search online and downloaded a copy. I extracted it to the system folder, re-reinstalled the software and during the installation I browsed for the file and told it where it was. When I opened the software the very next time, I had full control :smileyhappy: Thank you anyway for your time. If I have any more problems then I'll be sure to contact you.
