I just bought webcam C170 and I have the same problem. First I didn't install drivers and i thought this could be the problem, so I installed last drivers but it didn't help.
I was trying to disable "Low Light Compenstaion" in Logitech webcam controler or in Skype. But everytime I restart PC or even if I just unplug camera from usb and plug it back in, the settings resets to default.
I have WIndows 7 Pro 64bit
