As in the description the image output from the Camera appears to be in Red & Blue and highly distorted.

Corrupt Image

Currently running Windows 7 Pro x64

This is installed on a fresh machine.
I have tried with the default graphics drivers, and the windows supplied Logitech Drivers for the Camera.

Currently have the latest graphics and webcam drivers installed and still appear to be having the same issue, I have tried having the camear in a USB 2.0 and a USB 3.0 port and still no difference.

However I have noticed that if I obscure a large portion of the image by placing a finger to block the lense the image goes back to normal for a short period.

Hello s3rgant,

If possible, please try your camera on a different computer. You could also try removing the Logitech Webcam Software and the camera and try your installation while booted clean.
