C270 HD.. strange vertical lines.

Are these vertical lines normal when you are using the webcam in a videocall.. or with the logitech program to record a video?

I put the finger to become to black the background of the recorded video, but these lines are always in, in my face, in the wall behind me.. etc..

Someone knows about it?
