C300 320x240 (QVGA) Error

I can use all resolutions except for 320x240 (QVGA) and I do not know why. I am running Windows XP Professional if it is relevant. When I try to use 320x240 (QVGA) with Quick Capture it just shows a white screen. The light on my webcam shows turn on but doesn't display anything. Yahoo Messenger uses 320x240 image for their webcam and I'd like to be able to use my webcam on there, but as of now I can't. Any info on how to fix would be great.

Does your PC contain an AMD or an ATI system chipset?
