Oky,
Look I don't have all the computer termanology to explain and understand whats wrong with my camera or where to search for the issue but, I need help!
So here is the gist of my issue, I bought a C510 Logitech HD Webcam 5.0 mp and everything works except the Still photo capture its says Capture Failed with the 3.2.1. message before it, I changed the way it took photos so there is no 3.2.1. no louck. Then I read the forums and tried the suggestions like, try it in a new USB port, Make a folder in the Logitech Program Files Folder in the C/: Drive and making a seperate folder for each aspect of the Webcam nothing! Still Shows up as Capture Failed! I don't know what you mean by a "Clean" Re-installation and then I read one Reply that said it was a Registry Error... What the heck is that... Anyways Please send the reply back in layman's terms so I can fix this or I will need to return it
Thank you for your help in advance!

Hello MzFixIt1234,
A clean install is explained in the following link: http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/app/answers/de
Another possible cause for the capture failed error could be that the destination file or folder is write protected.
Best Regards,
