C615 No Video Capture

Just purchased a C615 Web cam, and when trying to preform a quick capture, I get the message "Captured Failed"
I have already done a clean install and removed any other webcam software.
P/N: 000326
OS: Vista Home Premium (SP2 x64)
Webcam: Build 13.31.1044 (Version 2.31)

Do you see any other information on the error notification?
This type of issue can sometimes be caused by the folder or file that the image or video is being saved to becoming write protected.
