I've bought the C910 Webcam today, windows automatically downloaded drivers and everything worked fine, but then I wanted to install the software on the disc and whild it was installing windows went blue.
I pressed the shutdown button and restarted. the same error happened.
Then I unplugged it and restarted again, windows started and nothing went wrong.
When the PC was up again I plugged the webcam in again and windows went blue again.
Can I use this Webcam any more or should I send it back to amazon?
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The blue screen said: "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL"

Hi there, the EXACT (from end to end) same problem than me : http://forums.logitech.com/t5/Webcams/C910-BSOD-Wi
You should go to C:/Windows/Minidump and open the .dmp file with "WhoCrashed" (free version) to have details about the Blue Screen, then post them here.
