Hi all and firmlogitech,
I have been away from this forum for a long time:
it is SOOOO bad that Logitech is not answering or doing anything about this problem.
The last comms I had was that a software updated was coming later this year 2012.
I use the camera only on Skype since all other use is impossible due to the software crash.
If you are going ahead with class action suite quote my numerous postings and exchanges with Logitech in this forum.
Shame on a useless aftersales service system.

Hi to this empty post,
no news from Logitech still same problem and now more people are having the problem but under new topics on the forum.
Maybe the moderator of this forum could unify all the similar problems of the C910 in one thread?
