Can't use pan and tilt anymore with my quickcam Sphere

Last weekend i tried to use my quickcam sphere but i could no longer use the pan and tilt. It seems to be grayed out.

I tried to install it today at the office but when i connected the cam after installing Quickcam it said that it couldn't find the driver for the cam.

Why can't i use the pan and tilt anymore and why can't the drivers for the cam be found after a clean installation?

how do i know wich software i need to instal ?!?! i have an orbit but cant make my cam tilt or pan , it was working fine before and suddently stopped working and greyed out ! ive tried uninstalling and reeinstalling but it got worst , everything greyied out ! .... what sould i do ?!?

2) Which version of the Logitech supplied QuickCam software application/drivers is installed (FAQ #5105)?

3) What Operating System (OS) and Service Pack (SP) version is installed?

cant get to see the version im usin but ive downloaded the drivers on the site in support/search by image/webcams/orbit af/downloads

im using vista, 32bits, service pack 1
