Solution, come on what is the problem. My solution I am returning the WebCAM pretty simple, you need to fix this now not later. People are making purchase because you advertise Facebook and then it doesn't work. So very wrong!!!

Well, almost 2 weeks and no word one way or the other!
I'm with you, Frustrated65.
I sent a private message to pedroc and if I get no satisfactory answer, I will be returning my C260 webcam as well!
Maybe, after everybody returns their webcams, Logitech will get the hint.
Kinda sad, cuz I use the wireless mouse, wireless keyboard. and surround sound from them, and I thought that they would have the same quality control in their webcams....guess that's what I get for "thinking".
Can't go wrong with Microsoft...excellent customer service.

UPDATE!!
Thanks to Logitech's completely worthless customer service practices, I will no longer be purchasing anything that carries their name, or is an affiliate of Logitech.
Thanks for nothing, Logijunk!

hard to find this patch, but i tried it; it worked better, up to the point of actually logging in, i got to the login screen, put name pwd in, then it gives the question of where you are logging in from, name device... then it goes to the same logitech error message about not being able to connect
oh, my twitter and youtube buttons are still greyed out
i know you will fix it, facebook is wonky (what is up with the twitter and youtube buttons, though?)
