1) What is the 860-xxxxxx (or 8xxxxx) series number from the camera's identification tag (FAQ #3427), or preferably... the USB\VID ID?
2) What Operating System (OS) and Service Pack (SP) version is installed?
Thanks.

I think it is not connected because at the begginig I did connected the webcam (with no installation of any software) and open skype and it was working for about a minute or two until I try to use the webcam to take a picture then it frozen.
Then I rebooted and installed the software and then when installed I tried doing some settings with the software, I tried to zoom up with the software menu then it and it frozen again.
Thank you
Abraham

the c910 uses the lws 2.01/2.1 software which requires the minimum hardware specs, as follows:
CPU: 1.0 GHz
RAM: 1.0 GB
Check your system properties windows to make sure that you at least meet these minimum hardware specs.
