Hello, yesterday bought a web HD camera C510. I have windows 7 Professional 32 bit. When I connect the device gives an error: There was not compatible webcam.
In Device Manager it says "Unknown device". When installing my web cam on another PC with Operating System Windows XP 32-bit installed without problems.

What is the 860-xxxxxx (or 8xxxxx) series number from the camera's identification tag (FAQ #3427), or preferably, its USB\VID ID?

Does this issue occur when the camera is installed in UVC Mode?
