How do I get an RMA to return a webcam.

The camera is slow. Instead of taking 30 Frames Per Second (FPS), it takes 1/2 FPS. Ive downloaded the latest software, made sure that it was the only USB device running, turned off the RightLight software, checked all the forums and searched the internet for anything to get the frame rate up even near 15 FPS. The picture quality is good but the poor performance on the frame rate is unacceptable. I would like to return this camera immediately. How do I go about this?

I wrote an email to Logitech a couple of days ago. I got the usual automated response but haven't heard back. I wanted to get the C910 for Windows 7 x64 compatibility but the lack of customer service makes me not want to trust them with more of my money.

[ Edited ]

Almost 3 months later and still no refund. Communicate Deluxe (S7500)---hardware feature issue [Moderator: Personal Information Removed]‏ I was able to obtain a return shipping label and mailed back the camera but now Logitech is claiming that I didnt send the receipt with it and I sent 3 copies plus copies of the packing label. I have emailed Customer Support the original confirmation email I received from online ordering but I am told that this not acceptable as a receipt and will have to contact sales to get a receipt. That's BS. This is ridiculous. I have been patient and calm. I'm tired of the Customer Support trying to pass the buck to the Technical dept and then the Sales dept. I just want my money back for a defective product! Who can help me? (And I don't want to hear...Look it up in this forum or on that page! I've done all that!) Techrat
