Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

The application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.
This issue was corrected in QuickCam 10.x. If you see this error with QuickCam 11.x, please contact Logitech Support directly for assistance with this issue.
My camera is not detected/works intermittently, and I am using a KVM (Keyboard, Video, Mouse) switch, hub, port replicator, docking station, extension cable(s), third-party port adapter or converter, y-adapter, and/or other USB pass-through device.
These devices are not supported. Please reference FAQ #535 and FAQ #305 for more information.
Per FAQ #12712 -
When using USB hubs, video degradation can occur due to cable length and power available to the hub (e.g. self powered or not).

All four FAQs contain the same information, and should apply to *any* camera.
*Certain* user applied settings are not saved when the PC is "cold started", or when the camera is unplugged/replugged.

Laptop (Built-in) Camera Support
Logitech does not provide technical support and/or software updates for cameras that are built into your laptop PC. Please contact the OEM (e.g., Dell, Acer, etc...) for assistance with these cameras.
When I am using the camera, my wireless Internet connection drops.
This is a known issue that affects *certain* laptop computers, and desktop computers that utilize a USB wireless adapter.
Please contact the laptop/USB wireless adapter manufacturer for assistance with this issue.
Note - In order to get maximum performance from the camera, it must be the only device attached to the USB Controller in use (Ref: FAQ #3139).
I see four (4) Black and White images in QuickCapture, or in my Instant Messenger program. (Ref: sample image courtesy of hellslave)

After approximately twenty (20) seconds, there are "popping" sounds in the camera audio.
