I installed the LWS software and is not detecting the webcam. when i was installing and was at last screen it just showed a webcam with a (/) over it and a grayed out mic. When i load the software it says undetected webcam. When i go to motion it will load webcam and everything but i cant use any features at all. webcam works fine on every other program but the LWS software. What am i doing wrong or ist there just a glitch with the program. I cant find help anywhere online.

Please try reinstalling the Logitech Webcam Software "clean".
Thanks.

2) Are any other USB devices currently installed/attached to your PC?
3) Is the camera being plugged into a Hi-Speed USB 2.0 port, or into a SuperSpeed USB 3.0 port?
Thanks.

I have tried to use the webcam in a 2.0 and 3.0 usb slot. neither of them get the software to work. i want to get this software to work so i can turn off the face detection. The only other devices installed are my external harddrive, Logitech G510 and Steel Series Diablo 3 Mouse.
