Logitech 10 will not open after double clicking

I have Logitech QuickCam for Notebooks Pro. Got a blue screen prior so downloaded lates software. The camera works in my video conf software but can not open from the icon. I have restarted my computer. Also have IE7. Any ideas are appriciated.

IE7 is currently not supported.

Known issue with QuickCam not opening. Did you try a "clean install" per the FAQ?

A new QuickCam release is supposed to be coming out this month...keep your eyes peeled.

The Logitech FAQ can be found here. Use keyword "clean install".
