Logitech 200 video issues

I have an issue with the video function of my webcam logitech 200.The webcam works in audio, but not in video! While he used to work well in the past. The issue seems very similar to the following post: http://forums.logitech.com/t5/Webcams/C910-Video-Issues-Audio-works-fine-Windows-7-x64/td-p/577590 However, the main difference is my operating system which is Vista ( home premium 32) The error message I get is: SetupDevicesForMonitor: Failed to open a Device... Ignoring... .\DevExplorer.cpp Line: 1471 The recommendation on the post I mentionned above were applicable for window 7, I nevertheless tried to apply the same solutions ( adding the missing entries): In 4D36E96C-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318, I added: UpperFilters --- REG_MULTI_SZ --- ksthunk And in 6BDD1FC6-810F-11D0-BEC7-08002BE2092F! I added: UpperFilters --- REG_MULTI_SZ --- ksthunk But it did not work (actually, it messed-up with my audio and scan system), so I deleted those new entries. I do not explain why it used to work in the past and not anymore Thanks for the support
