Hi,

I just purchased the C920 webcam from Amazon UK. The description said that i can use it to take full HD picture and record videos. When i opened the box is did not come with a CD to install software and the manual said that i should download it logitech.

I insatlled the latest recommened sw called  "lws240c920.exe" on my windows 7 OS. It only allows me to do video calling some effects and change device settings. There is no option to take pictures or record video using the camera. I cannot find any other downloads for my camera in the support page. Can someone please advise how i can use the cam to take pictures nad record video?

Also the product has pictures with a tripod which did not come in the box, do i have to buy this seperately - not amused at the moment .

Any help appreciated.

OK uninsatlled and re-insatlled as windows XP SP2 compatible and the video recording software and photo software have now installed.
