Logitech IM plus not working (MacOS)

Hello. I have a Logitech Quickcam IM plus (E 3560) and it came with Windows-only drivers. When I plug it in to my MacBook, HardwareGrowler pops a little message up and says "USB Connection IOUSBMiscellaneousDevice". What's in bold I am really confused about. I've tried many different solutions, such as, one, using VirtualBox and Parallels with ReactOS, and install the software on the virtual machine, two, using Wine and X11, and three, using macam. None of those solutions work. I think this is because OS X doesn't recognize the USB device as a webcam. Please help me. Thanks.
