Hi!

I'm using Logitech quickcam messenger: http://www.image-share.com/upload/1343/207.jpg

Camera is working fine. Video working great on Skype and other programs. The problem is that microphone is not working.
Here are the details:

I'm using this on Windows Vista. I checked the forums but I did not found anything that should help me with this problem.

What is the 860-xxxxxx (or 8xxxxx) series number from the camera's identification tag (FAQ #3427), or preferably, its USB\VID ID?

Thanks for the reply I really appreciate this.

I got this camera for a long long time and if i remember i removed the tag on the camera's USB cable. It was bothering me and I removed it from the cable. I'm spending all the time on your pages now and I found something. This is the camera: http://www.logitech.com/en-roeu/480/3378 Now I do not know if the Model Number is V-UAS14 or V-UM14. Part Numbers for V-UAS14 are: 861206 and 861219. For V-UM14 is 861092. I think that V-UM14 with Part Number 861092 is my.

Unfortunately, this camera is not supported on Windows Vista.

Ohh. Video is working great. Friends can see me on skype and other programs.. the problem is microphone. I will try to find some way how to do vista like xp drivers and if I find the solution i will post

With reference to my previous post, does this issue occur when the camera microphone is installed in Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) Class Mode?
