Hello serseri1903,

Sorry for the late reply. Please provide the M/N and P/N located on a tag attached to the USB cord of the web camera. With this information we can be sure that you have the appropriate software for your camera and operating system installed. Please describe your issue in detail. Are you seeing error notifications when trying to access settings? If settings in the Logitech Webcam Software are not available you may need to update the drivers using the following guide:

Hello serseri1903,

Please remove the QuickCam IM Plus (E3500) and the Logitech Webcam Software. While in clean boot mode, http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/228/~/booting-clean-in-windows-7,-vista,... install Logitech Webcam Software (LWS) 1.1 with Vid   Plug the camera directly into the computer when the software installation requests it.

The Logitech Webcam Software can also be found at the following link: http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3428/~/webcam-software-and-driver-suppor...
