1) What is the 8xxxxx (or 860-xxxxxx) series number from the camera tag (FAQ #3427), or preferably... the USB\VID ID?
2) Which version of the Logitech supplied QuickCam software application/drivers is installed (FAQ #5105)?
3) What Operating System (OS) is installed?
4) Does this issue occur when you use the camera in the Logitech supplied QuickCam software application, or only in your third-party Instant Messenger program?
Thanks.

I bought this camera off ebay and the bottom half of the black tag has been CUT OFF so I have no idea any of the numbers. It happens to every third party (or other website) that I want to use the webcam with. The software I use is whatever downloaded when I plugged the camera in the computer if that makes sense. And this is what it says in the system part of my computer.
This is the only information I could find and I hope that it is enough, because I don't know how else I am supposed to find the numbers when they are cut off the tag!
