When ever i use my Logitech S5500 it says i can do 640x480 30 frames per second on movie maker even the box says i can do 30 frames on that resolution and this is a 1.3 megapixel camera so it should have no problems recording 640x480 at 30 frames a second since it does higher resolutions anyways. So whenever i use movie maker it records 640x480 at 30 FPS but after 30 seconds of recording it lags and ends up recording at around 10 FPS after 30 seconds of recording, the same thing happens with sony vegas pro 8.
I need to know if i can use the logitech software to record 30 FPS because movie maker and sony vegas dont do it past 30 seconds or can anyone please tell me what to do to fix this problem.
My computer is Pentium 4 3.0 GHz, 1.5 GB of ram and 500 GB Harddrive so its not my computer

1) Which version of the Logitech supplied QuickCam software application/drivers is installed (FAQ #5105)?
2) What Operating System (OS) and Service Pack (SP) version is installed?
Thanks.
