Does this issue occur when the Logitech for Business Webcam Software is installed?
Thanks.

Kachi - Thank you for the software link, I think it will allow us to do just about everything we need currently. It's great to have a community such as this to ask questions!
I do have one question about the software. I'm finding that the software is taking 2-3 minutes to load up initially when a new user is logging in. I believe this is due to the photos being cached in the application.
Is there a way to disable this caching so my users aren't having to wait for the software to become responsive? Unfortunately most of my users aren't the most computer literate and get flustered quite easily. If there is not, I may have to come up with an archiving solution, I'd just like to know before I write a scheduled task for the server to archive every 2-3 days.
Thanks again for the link to the business software suite!
