Hey guys ![]()
I just bought a C920 HD Pro WebCam, the drivers and software installed successfully, the software launches okay, but when I go to change to Video instead of Photo or change the resolution, it stops responding and I have to end the process.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software and drivers multiple times but it still stops responding at that point.
This is a laptop with a built in webcam but I have disabled the built in laptop imaging device in Device Manager, would it still conflict on some other case?
The webcam works and all, doesn't freeze.
I have a Core i5 @ 3.9Ghz with 8GB DDR3 1333.
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium x64
M/N: V-U0028
P/N: 860-000334
