Just bought a C910 but I'm having trouble with installation of the chat and video software. My disc drive is broken so I had to download the application from the site, I selected my device and Windows 7 but after it extracts it comes up with a welcome screen that is blank (I know its a welcome screen because thats what it says in the top bar). I've tried the full install and the quick install and they both come up the same. The device works fine, I've tested it in Skype and some other software but I would like access to some of the software that came with.
Thanks

Hi jimmiew,
I'm sorry that you are having issues with the software installation. Please try performing a clean install of LWS 2.10.
If the issue persists, please create a second user admin account (shown below) and install the software there. Once the software installs correctly, you can delete the newly created account and log back onto your original.
- Control Panel > User Accounts and Family Safety > User Accounts
- Click manage another account
- Click create a new account
- Type the name for your new user account
- Choose the account type (admin)
- Click create account
Best Regards,
