I'm using windows 7 and installed logitech c250 everything works fine except recording. When i click on the record button the count down will begin and the entire program will freeze a second before the recording begins. I have to restart my computer to get it working again (tried going to processes and ending the program but that doesn't work either).
This also happens if I try using video call with MSN messenger.

Welcome to the Logitech Community Webcam Forum Mariely!
1) What is the 860-xxxxxx (or 8xxxxx) series number from the camera's identification tag (FAQ #3427), or preferably... the USB\VID ID?
2) Which version of the Logitech Webcam Software application/drivers is installed (FAQ #5105)?
Thanks.
