My Logitech webcam's video is not working, but the mic works fine! (Windows 98)

hello,

I am having the same problem. my P/N number is 861092-0020 the operating system being used is Windows 98 I believe. Definitely windows. I have also lost the CD and gave the webcam to my family in Guyana so we could video chat.

I've tried using the P/N number that you provided us to search for the webcam, but nothing comes up. Can you please search on our website Logitech.com for the product so we can check the specifications on it and further assist you with is.

Sorry for the confusion, the webcam you have is the QuickCam Messenger.

Can you please tell me which Instant Messaging program you're using to video chat?
