When using Skype vidio calling, I get a persistent Logitech menu (black with white text) that prevents further message entry until its closed. After resuming message entry, it pops up again every 5 or so minutes. I did not experience this problem while using Windows XP nor prior to updating the C250 software from the Logitech site.

Welcome to the Logitech Community Webcam Forum DONNY41!
1) What is the 860-xxxxxx (or 8xxxxx) series number from the camera's identification tag (FAQ #3427), or preferably... the USB\VID ID?
2) Which version of the Logitech Webcam Software application/drivers is installed (FAQ #5105)?
Thanks.
