Hi everyone. My girlfriend got recently the C170 logitech webcam, and she has been using for a few weeks a conceptronic USB Wifi adapter (exactly : conceptronic 150N wireless usb adapter 5dbi model c150uand) wich had worked fine till yesterday.
When she plugged the webcam, her OS ( windows 7 64 bit ) automatly got it and installed new drivers, downloading for logitech webpage. And everything seemed cool. But after install the new drivers, she noticed that her wifi adapter didnt get any wifi line. The adapter stopped and it was like it wasnt connected to the PC. She rebooted the PC and the problem was still there. She had to unplug webcam and adapter, plug again adapter, and then the adapter was recognized by windows again. Then, she plugged again the webcam and she could make a videocall (gtalk and skype, both operating ok), but in less than 10 minutes the call was losing quality and the pc started to lose conection till dead. And again the adapter wasnt be able for windows. She had to unplug and plug both items again. And the problem persists, before 2-3 minutes of been conected to internet, with the webcam ON, but not being used the conection dies.
Today she has been troubled to get conection all the day till she unnistall all the webcam drivers. I figure that the webcam drivers are not compatible or have any problem with conceptronic adapter drivers. So I ask for any solution for this problem, something we (she) can do for solve it, cause she preffer not to get the webcam back to the store, cause she liked it.
Thanks
