Hello there ,
I bought in February the new 920 Logitech webcam , everything was perferct untill now .
When i open the Logitech webcam software to take a picture shows me "capture failed" and to video if i want to record a Full hd video appear "Launcher_Main.exe has stopped working". If i click on "View the problem Details give me this message "

I uninstalled the software from Control panel and reinstall again ..but the same messages i get.
I am using Windows 7 home Premium , Service pack1
System : Acer Aspire , Intel(R) core (TM) i3 CPU M330 @ 2.13GHz @.13GHz , Memory 4,00 GB, 500 GB HDD
Please can you give me some advices ?

Does this issue happen only when attempting to capture while HD resolution is chosen?
I suggest contacting Logitech Customer Care for your region.
