Hi I have just purchased a C170 web cam and have installed the software and tried updating drivers etc but everything appears to be up to date. The problem I am having is that the webcam is displaying an odd pinky image that is flickery and fuzzy and I can hardly tell that it is me in the picture...
Is this fault hardware that I need to take back or is there a simple solution?
Thanks

Does this issue occur when the camera is installed on another PC?
Thanks.

Sure thing.
Got a new unit, plugged in and used immediately without reload of drivers or software and it worked perfectly. Obviously a fault with that particular unit.
Thanks!
